已对所有新用户开放， 功能更新 CHANGE LOG：

允许新创建的用户使用私人/群组聊天功能（包括通过浮动按钮与 AIBot 进行私人聊天），以给他们留下更好的第一印象并促进反馈（如果存在太多的垃圾邮件，可能会更改）。
