The white woman’s lifestyle is really dirty, chaotic and poor; she walks barefoot on this b ground, brainless
This suddenly reminds me of when I was in kindergarten and thought the community lawn was very clean, and I would roll around barefoot on it every day. Now thinking back, it really makes me want xiang zisha (想紫砂) ![]()

Walking volume, not intensity, is associated with a lower risk of chronic back pain

From “I Am Legend”
A study examined the relationship between walking and the risk of chronic lumbar‑back disease. If people follow the simple recommendations provided by the research, a large amount of money could be saved for the healthcare system while also alleviating much pain. The results showed that people who walk regularly experience less back pain than those who walk less—and, most importantly, it is the amount of walking, not the intensity. Walking more is better than walking faster. Researchers stated, “People who walk more than 100 minutes per day have a 23% lower risk of lumbar‑back disease than those who walk 78 minutes or less per day.”
The study involved 11,194 participants; the amount and intensity of daily walking were measured with two sensors, with participants wearing sensors on the thigh and back for a week. This research confirms that physical activity, especially daily walking, can help prevent long‑term lumbar‑back problems.

China Science Daily: Walking faster is not as good as walking more
White people are truly all barefoot masters, and another big‑stomached white mom takes off her boots and puts them in her hand, walking barefoot

I browsed the Greek life recruitment at this B school, and it could be described as deserted. The sororities are all like cloned troops, and none of the faces are very attractive. The only faces that are barely tolerable are either walrus‑like bodies or a 50/50 split of short legs, leaving me with no interest. The only consolation is that I saw a goth girl on the way, very cute, and she gave me a charming smile
I missed it today because I didn’t react in time
Starting tomorrow, even if I have to search the whole school, I will find her

Today I didn’t find my lifelong love
but there are still quite a few good‑looking girls with distinctive features
There’s one who looks like a possibly Jewish person and resembles Margaret Qualley. There’s also someone who eagerly invited me to join some English club, even speaking Chinese to get friendly, babbling something that made me feel down as soon as I heard it
and they kept nagging about a language exchange, haha, not falling for that ![]()
