推荐一个移动端主题组件（修改话题列表头像）

我们在社交媒体聊天时常常依赖头像来识别不同的主体，对于论坛的时间线也是如此。在桌面，Discourse 会显示一系列头像，包括楼主＆其他发帖人；然而，在移动端显示的是最后发帖人，这就使得在首页与话题内切换时，不太容易找到先前阅读的帖子。

这个 Theme Component 就是修改了移动端的默认行为，将头像固定为楼主的。

I knew a TC of similar functionality long ago, but decided to keep the default setting as we can know who posted last and whether the topic has new replies. Thanks for the recommendation.
