May I ask when the RC and RM club recruitment for NiJiao starts, and is there a recruitment group now? 
Recruitment starts at the beginning of the semester, and there is now a recruitment group; the group number is in the freshman group (not sure if it’s convenient to post it directly). 
The same issue was also seen on the forum

May I ask Teacher Shumei (树莓老师), what does this club actually do, which competitions does it mainly target, and is it suitable for first-year undergraduates?

Similar to Robomaster, it’s a competition‑oriented club that builds and adjusts cars, with each group having different divisions of labor.

Ask a question, can fourth‑year students join the RC, RM clubs? 
Because I feel the direction of the School of Mathematics is a bit far from applications, I, as a fourth‑year student, try to accumulate experience in various application scenarios as much as possible. Currently, my situation is that I studied NLP in the first semester of junior year, studied machine learning in the second semester of junior year, and have done some small projects that can’t be called projects (the optional course experiments for the NLP and ML classes). If possible, I would prefer to participate in the vision module. I mainly use Python, and recently I’m strengthening my C++ skills 
Just go look for a regular internship

RC RM is somewhat specialized, generally considered as laying the foundation for the embodied direction, and there are also automation teachers who favor students who have participated in RM RC. Regarding employment, there are some positions at DJI, 拓竹, 库犹 that match, but they are not strongly related; you still need to learn after joining. Raspberry thinks that applying for regular internships directly in senior year, in October or March, would be better.
I also want to apply for internships; backend and DB are hard to say I can do, and I don’t know what else a typical undergraduate (non‑major…?) could handle (actually these can all be learned, it’s just that Raspberry hasn’t figured it out). Raspberry should check Niuke, or first work in a research group, then decide. It feels like there’s a huge divide ahead, between what internship positions and

I just feel that I can’t find a decent internship in October (I want an AI algorithm internship), so I thought I’d start accumulating project experience first So it looks like I should keep building up experience, then properly prepare for a March internship 
I feel the same. Lately I’ve been feeling disheartened about studying, thinking of using my senior year to accumulate internship experience early (trying to get into a second‑tier or above company) to prepare for employment after my master’s These past few days of intensive searching made me realize that relevant job opportunities are actually scarce, job hunting is really tough

Feeling lost
These past two days I turned down two interview offers, saying I need to prepare for a guaranteed postgraduate admission, but if I can’t secure a spot at another university, I really can’t figure out whether staying at my current school for a master’s or entering the workforce is better.
