May I ask if any classmates know about the policies regarding retaking courses or credit invalidation in the Telecommunications Department? 
In my sophomore year, I had a course with a very low grade, and I want to apply to foreign schools. Is it possible to retake it or have the credit invalidated?

What courses? General education courses are okay (provided the remaining meet graduation requirements). Required courses are not okay. Professional elective courses seem not okay.

Level 21 has an invalid determination.
