Xianning Square Xi’an Bank staff dormitory and Jiandong Street community, I personally think these two neighborhoods are very suitable for quiet conditions (both are old staff dormitory walk‑up apartments). The former is slightly larger (three rooms), the latter has a two‑bedroom layout, and the rent is about no more than 2000 (now possibly lower).
Offline agents are basically Beike‑affiliated, so once you find a good rental app, just go offline and request a specific viewing; although using a reputable agency requires paying a commission, the chance of encountering an SB is much lower.

If you want a quiet place, you can consider the Railway Bureau staff residence outside Ximen, but the downside is that the house is relatively old.
